Clydebank College is committed to promoting equality, diversity and an inclusive and supportive environment for students and staff. We word hard to maintain an inclusive and supportive study and work environment, where everyone is treated with respect and everyone can reach their potential. The College aims to serve the whole community and to provide an inclusive environment where diversity is encouraged and where access to and participation in education is promoted. The policy of the College is that difference is respected and all students and staff are treated fairly, respectfully and without prejudice. To support these aims the College will ensure that in the conduct of all its activities procedures are introduced and implemented which minimise the occurrence of inappropriate discrimination, whether direct or indirect. The College takes a zero tolerance approach to any form of harassment.
