Welcome to Clydebank College

I am delighted you have taken the time to explore the College through our website.   A browse through our web pages will introduce you to a unique and dynamic college where I am sure you will find opportunities of interest and value.

The main campus of Clydebank College opened on the banks of the River Clyde in August 2007 and heralds a new era for the college and the communities we serve.  The College has been reborn with a new estate, new facilities and a new commitment.  That commitment is to help all our learners realise their ambitions.

With more than 10,000 learners each year, from over 55 nationalities, the College attracts both direct school leavers and returning adults to our full-time, part-time and leisure programmes.  Some students choose to gain a qualification such as an HNC or HND and immediately enter employment.  Some choose to follow a programme that will lead on to further study.  Many attend to upgrade their workplace skills, and others enrol to pursue a dream they have contemplated for years. With so many programme options to choose from, we believe there is something for everyone at Clydebank College.

I believe that you will find Clydebank to be a special place with an emphasis on learners in the highest quality learning environment. In recent years our record in terms of student achievements and investment in resources speaks for itself. We are very ambitious for our institution and for all our learners. We place great importance on supporting individual learning and providing a supportive environment, not just for the delivery of the very best educational programmes but also the development of social and employment skills.
