Learning Works
Learning Works! is the ideal starting point if you want to learn new skills and regain confidence in your own abilities but feel you are not ready to start a full-time course or get a job. There will be a tutor there to support you when you want some help.
Subjects offered
- Computing (to learn new skills in word processing, databases, spreadsheets, Internet and E-mail
- English/Communications (to improve your reading, writing, listening and talking skills)
- Maths/Numeracy; and Steps to Excellence (confidence and motivation)
Subjects offered may change as well as new ones being added. Advice and support are provided. LearningWorks! is FREE to everyone, whether employed or unemployed. No qualifications are required to join, although suggested entry level is Access 3. Learning Works runs in Clydebank College, Skypoint in Faifley and Clydebank College Dumbarton Campus.
