Prince's Trust Team
The Prince’s Trust Team is a personal development programme, which enables 16-25 year olds to develop their confidence, motivation and skills through teamwork in the community. It brings together people of different abilities, circumstances and backgrounds who may be either employed or unemployed. The programme is designed and managed in order that everyone can cope with the challenge and each participant joins a team of up to 15 people for its duration of 12 weeks.
Young people benefit by developing core skills and improving their career prospects while learning about the needs of the community and contributing to its success. Valuable community work is undertaken during the course of the programme and employers benefit by strengthening their links with the local community.
