The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary at Clydebank College is a multi-faith space for peace, contemplation, thought and prayer.

Sanctuary is an appropriate word; people from all walks of life are searching for a way to reconnect with God, with themselves, with others in the community and with their spirituality and the environment. The word sanctuary describes a place of safety and a place of encounter.

The Sanctuary at Clydebank College is a multi-faith space for peace, contemplation, thought and prayer and is located in room 101 behind the Library.

Entry to The Sanctuary can be obtained through the Library staff.

On some occasions, The Sanctuary may be booked out for private prayer, or group meetings, so please check with library staff for availability.

Please note that The Sanctuary is a multi faith area and we ask all staff and students to respect and be considerate to others using the space. On leaving The Sanctuary we ask that all materials are tidied away in the storage cupboard.

Any requests for additional materials can be directed to
